As you enter the 1.5 gated acres, you'll be amazed by the 130 oak trees that reach upwards of 60' in the air. Enjoy the breezes off the lake while rocking or swinging on the 46' porch, or take a walk down to the waterfront gazebo swing or covered dock. Amenities - This is a fully furnished 1400 sq' house with central heat & A/C, with one bathroom, a "king" bedroom and a "queen" bedroom downstairs. Up a spiral staircase, there is a 500 sq' loft with a double (full) bed and two twin beds.
The great room has a 32"flat screen (DISH) tv, dvd player, & stereo with a cd and dvd library, as well as a reclining sofa, reclining love seat, leather rocking chair, rocking recliner and a free standing wood burning fireplace.
The dining area has an oak dining table and chairs that seat six plus additional bar stool seating for two at the kitchen peninsula.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and pots and pans you could need to prepare a meal including a frig, range top/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, large electric skillet, as well as salt & pepper, coffee, creamer, and sweetener.
There is a washer/dryer. All linens are provided as well as bath towels, paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We have a gas and charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter fluid provided). There are six rockers and a swing on the porch. There is a picnic table, hammock, 2 loungers and a gazebo with swing in the yard. We also have an outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pit, croquet game, a one person kayak, and four person canoe. The covered dock has a swing, bench seating, and a dock box full of fishing gear.
